What we collect. Name, email, delivery address, order details, and the postcode you enter. Payment is handled by Stripe — we don’t receive or store your full card details.

Why. To take and fulfil your order, provide customer support, and meet our legal obligations (e.g. tax records). With your consent, to send marketing — you can opt out any time.

Legal bases. Performance of your contract; our legitimate interests (running and improving the shop); your consent (marketing); and legal obligation (record-keeping).

Who we share it with. Service providers acting on our behalf: Stripe (payments), Prodigi (printing and delivery), Vercel (hosting and privacy-friendly, cookieless website analytics), Resend (transactional email), and Upstash (order storage). We don’t sell your data.

Keeping it. We retain order records as long as needed for the order and as required by law (typically up to 6 years for tax). Marketing data until you opt out.

Your rights. You can access, correct, delete or port your data, object to or restrict processing, and withdraw consent. Email us to exercise these. You can also complain to the ICO (ico.org.uk).
