Returns Policy

Personalised items. Every Pitchabode print is made to order and personalised to your postcode. Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, personalised and made-to-order goods are exempt from the usual 14-day right to cancel. That means we can’t accept returns or refunds for change of mind — so please check your postcode, size and finish before you pay.

If something’s wrong. If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or not what you ordered, we’ll put it right. Email hello@pitchabode.co.uk within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund.

Digital files. Studio File downloads can’t be refunded once the file has been sent, except where the file is faulty.

Your statutory rights. None of the above affects your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 in respect of faulty or misdescribed goods.
